This is the complete Autel Total Care Program (TCP) for the North American-region Autel MaxiSys Ultra.
Your TCP renewal extends your software subscription for one year and includes the applicable Autel hardware warranty extension provided through the Total Care Program.

2. Only USA Tools Are Eligible
Due to a recent change by Autel, only 'North American Region' tools can be updated with TCP Cards.
Most USA tools have a 'V' in the middle of the serial number. Most non-USA tools have a 'C' in the middle of the serial number and say 'Made in China' on the back of the tool. If you are unsure whether your MaxiSys Ultra is a North American-region tool, contact us with your scanner's serial number and we will verify compatibility before you purchase.
3. This is the Complete Autel Total Care Program (TCP)
Some online sellers offer software update subscriptions only. Those products provide software updates but do not include the complete Total Care Program and do not extend the applicable Autel hardware warranty.

Renewing Before or After Expiration

Redeeming your TCP card extends your expiration date by 365 days from your current expiration date. You do not lose any remaining coverage.
If your Total Care Program has already expired:
You can still purchase and redeem this TCP card. Your new software expiration date and applicable hardware warranty period begin on the day the TCP card is redeemed and continue for 365 days.
