I'd been contemplating getting a DIY grade scanner for some time. It's clear that the electronic systems of cars are growing ever more complex and the ability to manipulate things like EPB, SAS, etc is ever more important. After watching many reviews, I'd pretty much settled on an MX808. Since that model is on its way out I found the MX900 with more features, and a price quite a bit less than anywhere else. Called asked some questions, made the purchase and it showed up on my porch the next day... Learning how it will benefit many aspects of testing / troubleshooting / maintenance.
Used it on some hard to remove bellhousing bolts on a 4L 60E transmission, this tool worked like a Champ! Thank you, It is very useful!! I am sure it will be useful on many other applications!

Definitely cannot beat the price for what your actually recieving. I Recieved a call from Sam only hours later after purchase and offered to email a pic of the scratched off activation code or mail the card by snail mail. Bought the subscription online, got a call within an hour if i wanted it to be mailed or emailed. I chose to get it via email. Got the email within next 5 mins and updated my Ultra. I have previously bought from different suppliers and had to wait a couple of days for it to arrive.
The Bolt Buster BB2X-ACC High Power 1800W Heat Induction Tool heated up a rusted 3/4" nut for me on a bolt until it was orange in less than one minute. After it was allowed to cool, I was able to remove the nut without effort. The tool has some weight to it, somewhat like half of a baseball bat. The tool is worth every penny. I wrapped the straight insulated wire, included in the kit, around the jam nut on an outer tie rod end. Again, in less than a minute the jam nut was glowing. After it cooled, the nut unscrewed with no effort. In less than one week after receiving the Bolt Buster, I haven't needed my acetylene torch for heating rusted fasteners. No flames means way less worry. I highly recommend the Bolt Buster 1800W!
