These torque wrenches are made from aircraft quality steel. They are made in the USA by Precision Instruments. This torque wrench is well made, has a solid feel, very little effort needed to torque bolts, no need to adjust to lowest torque setting after use and this torque wrench tested out to be very accurate within - 4% using a 1/2" Drive Digital Torque Adapter. It comes with a one year warranty against manufacturing defects. I have tried other types of torque wrenches and this one is awesome so far. JW
