Bore gauges are essential when precision is required in measuring holes, or bores, in a workpiece. They can measure the interior diameter of a hole at any depth. Fowler's X-tra Range Bore Gauge has a measurement range of 4 to 12" and gradient spacing of 0.0005".
- Measures bores to a depth of 10" and has an insulated grip for extra stability.
- Uses a two-point contact system for the detection of geometry problems such as ovality and taper, and carbide-tipped contact points provided extended wear and improved abrasion resistance.
